(National) February 16, 2006 - A custody battle is heating up between Michael Jackson and his baby's mama, and she has won the latest round. While Jackson has sole custody of his and Debbie Rowe's two children, Rowe apparently still has parental rights. She thought she'd given them up in a 2001 court proceeding, but a judge has ruled that proper procedure was not followed so that entire hearing was voided. Jackson has been living in Bahrain with the children since he was acquitted of child molestation charges last year in the states
