Just figure it out.
If you just want to buy the new CD +VISION, it is cheaper through Amazon,
$11.99(CD) + 27.99 (VISION) +$4.99(International shipping fee)=44.97.
From SONY website, it will be $56.98.

However, for new CD+additional T-shirt+VISION, it is will be $49.99 on SONY's website. So less money for more stuff ( and compared with Amazon, additional 5 dollars for a nice T-shirt, not a bad deal). In fact, the shipping fee has already included in the price, they just forget telling this to the fans ($12 for a T-shirt is too expensive). I guess SONY hopes fans will buy both (VISION is a little bit overpriced in my opinion). So it does not mater for international buyers whether to buy it from Amazon or SONY, price is about the same. For fans in US, it is definitely cheaper to order it through Amazon.
