“在现场还发现很多装有异丙酚的瓶子被打开了”，卡尔梅斯医生说：“这种药物在打开6小时就应该被扔掉，因为细菌滋生后便不能再使用。”

Conrad Murray Will Voluntarily Surrender

Dr. Conrad Murray will walk into court on his own free will Monday and face the judge after being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Our sources say counsel for Murray spoke by phone with members of the L.A. County District Attorney's Office this morning and the D.A. agreed Dr. Murray could surrender without being arrested.
Unless the LAPD intervenes on its own and hooks Dr. Murray up, we're told he'll show up in court with a bail bondsman on Monday. We're also told the recommended bail will be $25,000, which will be posted on the spot.
Sources also tell TMZ the arraignment will take place at 1:30 PM on Monday.
The judge will order Dr. Murray to go to an LAPD station for booking. It's unclear how long Murray will have to appear at the station.

LAPD/D.A. Feud Derails Dr. Murray Arraignment

The scheduled arraignment Friday for Dr. Conrad Murray in the death of Michael Jackson will not take place as scheduled because of the feud between the L.A. County D.A. and the LAPD over Dr. Murray's surrender.
As we first reported, the LAPD was bent out of shape -- and that is an understatement -- because the D.A. had kept cops in the dark and had been working with Dr. Murray's lawyers to arrange a voluntary surrender in court at the time of the arraignment.
The plan as of this afternoon -- Dr. Murray's lawyers would drive him to the L.A. County Sheriff's Office at the Airport Courthouse in L.A. at 5:30 AM Friday, along with a bail bondsman. Dr. Murray would be booked, post bail and then walk into court without handcuffs or chains.
We're told the LAPD so vehemently objected to the plan ... the D.A. finally backed off. The LAPD wants to arrest Dr. Murray, book him and bring him into court in handcuffs and/or chains -- something that is fairly standard in homicide cases.
The plan has fallen apart and we're told ... as of now ... there will be no arraignment tomorrow.

Los Angeles, California (CNN) -- Plans have been canceled for Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's personal physician, to surrender to authorities Friday on charges relating to the pop star's death, law enforcement sources said.
Negotiations between prosecutors and Murray's lawyers broke down Thursday evening, law enforcement sources with detailed knowledge of the talks told Beth Karas of "In Session," of CNN sister network truTV.
"I don't know what part of negotiations could have broken down, in light of the fact that we've placed ourselves in the hands of law enforcement to surrender at any time," said Ed Chernoff, Murray's lawyer.
A criminal complaint against Murray will not be filed Friday, but will be "in the near future," the sources said.
A surrender -- in which a defendant turns himself at a police station for booking -- is not now expected, the sources said.
Chernoff wants to avoid having his client handcuffed and publicly paraded in front of reporters before he appears for arraignment, but chances of such an arrangement now appear dead.
The lawyer said earlier Thursday that he and Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney David Walgren "share the goal of the efficient administration of this process."
"An arrest of Dr. Murray would be a waste of money, time and resources," Chernoff said. "We've always made it clear: You tell us where; we'll be there. I'm sure something can be arranged."
The doctor traveled to Los Angeles last week from his home in Houston, Texas, in anticipation of possible charges.
Murray was hired as Jackson's personal physician last spring as the entertainer prepared for his comeback concerts in London, England.
The doctor told Los Angeles police investigators that he was with Jackson through the early morning hours of June 25 in an effort to help the pop star fall asleep, according to a police affidavit.
He administered sleep aids, and after Jackson finally began sleeping in the late morning hours, Murray said, he left the bedroom for "about two minutes maximum," the affidavit said.
"Upon his return, Murray noticed that Jackson was no longer breathing," it said.
The doctor stayed with Jackson as an ambulance rushed him from his $100,000-a-month rented mansion in Holmby Hills to UCLA Medical Center.
Efforts at CPR proved fruitless, and Jackson was pronounced dead at 2:26 p.m.
The Los Angeles County coroner ruled Jackson's death a homicide resulting from a combination of drugs, primarily propofol and lorazepam.
The coroner's statement said Jackson died from "acute propofol intoxication," but there were "other conditions contributing to death: benzodiazepine effect." Lorazepam and two other drugs Murray said he used are benzodiazepines.
The doctor told investigators he had given Jackson three anti-anxiety drugs to help him sleep in the hours before he stopped breathing, a police affidavit said.
Murray had been treating Jackson for insomnia for six weeks at the time of the singer's death. The doctor told investigators he gave Jackson 50 milligrams of propofol, the generic name for Diprivan, diluted with the anesthetic lidocaine every night via an intravenous drip.
The doctor told police he was worried that Jackson was becoming addicted to the drug and tried to wean him off it.
During the two nights before Jackson's death, Murray said, he put together combinations of other drugs that succeeded in helping Jackson sleep.

Rep: Jackson doctor to surrender Friday regardless
LOS ANGELES – Michael Jackson's doctor plans to surrender to authorities Friday, regardless of whether prosecutors had filed a case against him, a spokeswoman said Thursday.
The assertion came after the legal team for Dr. Conrad Murray said they were tired of waiting for word from prosecutors about when he would be charged. Murray, who has a practice in Houston, has been in Los Angeles for the past week and available to surrender since Tuesday.
"We are going to be at the courthouse at 1:30 (p.m.) for his surrender," said Miranda Sevcik, spokeswoman for Murray's legal team. "We see no reason to perpetuate the arbitrary situation any longer."
The district attorney's office has not confirmed if or when it will be charging Murray, though prosecutors have been reviewing the case for weeks. Murray's team sees a charge as inevitable, Sevcik said.
"We know he's going to be charged with involuntary manslaughter and we are ready with a counterargument," Sevcik said. "He's not guilty — that's our argument."
It remains to be seen whether the bizarre prospect of Murray trying to surrender without a criminal case being filed will come to pass.
The move follows three days of negotiations in which Murray's lawyers have tried to arrange with prosecutors for the Houston doctor to surrender for booking and arraignment.
Those plans were derailed by haggling between prosecutors and law enforcement officials over whether the physician should be arrested or allowed to turn himself in.
Officials from the Los Angeles Police Department, which spent the past seven months investigating Murray, were unhappy with the idea of him surrendering and wanted to go to the residence he was staying at to arrest him, a law enforcement official close to the investigation told The Associated Press.
Various factors weighed into the desire to arrest Murray, including the possibility he might flee before arraignment, just as O.J. Simpson did, said the official, who was not authorized to speak publicly and requested anonymity. Police officials also worried it could appear Murray was being given special treatment if he was allowed to turn himself in.
The official said the district attorney's office opposed an early plan for detectives to make the arrest Friday morning, upsetting police higher-ups, and negotiated with Murray's attorneys to allow the doctor to turn himself in.
District attorney's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons could not immediately confirm if Murray would surrender Friday.
Chernoff told the AP earlier Thursday that an arrest would be purely for the benefit of news cameras.
"It's a waste of time, it's just a show," Chernoff said. "There's no reason to handcuff a guy, drag him downtown so you can take a photo when he's been sitting here for a week waiting to turn to himself in."
Gibbons denied there was any discord between the Police Department and the district attorney's office and said police and prosecutors had been fully cooperating since the case began.
"There is no big dispute," Gibbons said. "We are getting along fine."
Jackson, 50, died June 25 at his rented Los Angeles mansion while under the care of Murray, a cardiologist with practices in Houston and Las Vegas.
Three law enforcement officials have told the AP prosecutors plan to charge Murray with involuntary manslaughter, alleging he gave Jackson the powerful anesthetic propofol to help him sleep but that instead led to his death.
The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to publicly discuss the case.
It's unusual for the district attorney's office to negotiate a surrender, with such talks usually occurring in high-profile cases.
Attorney Mark Geragos, who has represented Jackson and a string of other celebrities, said defense lawyers in such cases want to shield their clients from the embarrassing "perp walk," where a suspect is paraded before cameras in handcuffs.
"It's to let some people maintain some shred of dignity," Geragos said.
Several other celebrity attorneys, including Harland Braun and M. Gerald Schwartzbach, said they couldn't understand why the LAPD would want to arrest Murray if he was being cooperative.
"Otherwise, you are deliberately arresting someone to make a statement," Braun said. "It would reflect poorly on the prosecution if they don't let him surrender."
