"Change the Charges Campaign" - Justice for Michael Jackson
Brian Oxman, Joe Jackson’s attorney and Jackson confidante for the past 23 years, along with Kathryn Milofsky, who works closely with Brian Oxman on Michael Jackson related projects, were overwhelmed by the great support shown by Michael Jackson fans who attended the Michael Jackson European Convention, organized by MJPortal and the Legend Music Awards.
When Brian spoke to Joe Jackson, he was exited to hear so many people were already on board to get the charges changed from involuntary manslaughter to Murder 2. It has given him an inner strength to carry on with his personal fight for justice for his son. He personally thanks you for your love and prayers for his family.
It was exiting for us to talk to all the fans on Sunday in Milan, hear your personal stories of Michael and your perspective on where we go from here. We have just started the “Campaign to Change the Charges” and all the Italian fans have led the way in the fight for Justice for Michael.

我个人提醒一下
1）JOE及律师发行这个运动，是否有加杂个人目的，我本人不能担保。但从心理我更愿相信这是个一个伤心父亲的行为，毕竟他们是亲父子，血浓于水。
2）即使申诉成功，在审判时，莫里极很可能因为证据不足而被无罪释放。目前形式如下
A）莫里以误杀罪起诉，最多4年服刑，而且在强有力的辩护律师参与下，还可能被判无罪或刑期仅1，2年。
B）莫里以二级谋杀罪起诉，有更大可能被判无罪。而且由于是检方是被迫改判的，所以无法保证他们在法庭上会尽全力为MJ申诉。
我个人是支持改判的，虽然这可能意味着莫里有更大可能性被判无罪!但即使以误杀罪起诉，莫里同样存在被判无罪可能性不是吗？
但若判罪成功，刑罚会重得多。而且更重要MJ 不是一起简单的医疗事故，（在没有确凿证据找出幕后主使的情况下），至少可以努力向公众证明，MJ是因莫里冷漠和极极度不负责故去的！他本人不应该为自己之死承担责任！所以对于我个人来说，以"二级谋杀罪"起诉莫里，是对Mj最起码的公正！与之相对，莫里因所谓“误杀罪”而承担4年甚至不到4年徒刑，与无罪之间根本差别细微（个人观点）。所以我个人愿意去冒一次险！但我不呼吁大家参与，是否参与请各自评判。
