刚才（3.26）收到OPUS GROUP的邮件，要我提供详细地址和电话，要给我发一本巨书。
我还没有回复，因为我想论坛里还有其他很多比我订的早的也没有收到，我是09年12月2号还是3号订的。
说明投诉已经有了效果，希望大家一起多努力，让出版商赶快组织发书，而不是只解决我一个人。

大概10天前我给巨著出版商所在地的政府部门和警察局写信报告此事，状告OPUS涉嫌欺诈，到今天收到两个部门的回复，一个是Guernsey商会另一个是警察局。我把他们的联系方式贴出来，希望没有收到巨著的朋友们都写信去投诉OPUS，投诉多了就会引起更多的关注。
大家可以参考13楼，或者根据自己的实际情况做一些修改，写信轰炸。

We had not heard of this group until your email and they are not in the telephone directory or registered with www.guernseyregistry.com

However, we have found and been to their offices and showed them your email.  Although defensive (which seemed a bit odd) they have stated that the book will be sent from their London offices shortly.

I do hope that you will soon receive the book you have  been promised but if not please contact us again and we will pursue the matter further for you.

我都想申请退款了，都这么长时间了，就靠几封邮件来打发我们，一个'SORRY‘有什么用，如果有用还要警察干嘛！！！！！

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to report that the Opus Media Group Limited is suspected of fraud.

In (月份） 2009 I ordered one book,The Official Michael Jackson Opus, through Ticketmaster from Opus Media Group Limited with registered office at 29 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WR,  who is registered in Jersey under company number 103152, at a price of US$(添上你包括运费的美元订购金额) including shipping charge.

They first promised to ship out the Opus before Christmas 2009 however they failed. Then there's no any updated news about the shipment until on Feb. 11 this year they sent an email promising to dispatch the Opus within 7 days. But I don't get the opus and haven't got any message from them for any explanations. During the peroid I wrote numerous times to their customer service to inquire about the shipment, they never responded!!!!

I know also a lot of angried customers here in China facing the same situation. So I have a good reason to report that The Opus Media Group Limited is on suspecion of cheating their customers.

I turn to you and hope that your involvement can help. I request to cancel the order and get the refund or even I'll ask for compensation.

淘宝店家是在亚马逊订购的，发货之前没有扣款可以随时取消订单。
