很开心与你们分享这一好消息——国家林业局刚开展了全国性整治行动，要求全国范围内的动物园、马戏团及其他动物观赏展演场所，改善对待动物的行为。
上周，国家林业局颁布了“关于对野生动物观赏展演单位野生动物驯养繁殖活动进行清理整顿和监督检查”的详细通知。通知中包含众多保护娱乐动物福利的措施，皆属创新、仁慈且颇具改革性，而最值得称道的则是“立即取消所有虐待性表演，低俗广告，人与野生动物零距离接触等不当行为”。根据国家林业局指示，所有残忍的动物表演，如活体投饲，强迫老虎钻火圈，黑熊滚球等项目都会被禁止。
为辅助国家林业局贯彻执行这次整治行动，善待动物组织愿意倾尽全力协助国家林业局，监督各个动物园和马戏团有否遵照通知，立即停止活体投饲及其他残忍的动物表演。善待动物组织诚挚寻求诸位动物保护积极分子的帮助——巡检曾被举报进行活体投饲和残忍表演的动物园。这些动物园包括：

We are so happy to share with you the great news that the State Forestry Administration (SFA) of China has launched a nationwide campaign to improve the treatment of animals in zoos, circuses, and other entertainment venues!
Last week, the SFA released a detailed policy statement announcing a campaign to review and inspect all units holding and breeding wild animals for public display. Among many progressive and compassionate steps to protect the welfare of animals in entertainment, the most notable one is the immediate ban on all cruel and abusive shows, vulgar advertisements, and zero-distance contacts with wild animals. Following the SFA's directive, cruel practices such as live feeding, forcing tigers to jump through hoops of fire, and making bears ride on rubber balls would be banned!
In order to assist the SFA in implementing the campaign, PETA Asia wishes to do our best to help monitor whether the zoos and circuses are complying with the directive and immediately stopping live feeding and other cruel animal performances. We are looking for volunteers to visit several zoos that have been reported to practice live feeding or conduct cruel animal shows in the past. These zoos include the following (among others):

Chuanlord Manor Holiday Park, Foshan
Guangzhou Zoo
Guilin Zoo
Hangzhou Zoo
Hangzhou Safari Park
Hongshan Forest Zoo, Nanjing

Shanghai Wildlife Park
Shenzhen Safari Park
Wuhan Zoo
Xiangjiang Safari Park, Guangzhou
Xiongsen Bear & Tiger Mountain Village, Guilin
If you know of any other zoos or circuses in your neighborhood that might still carry out live feeding and other cruel performances, please do not hesitate to let us know—or even better, pay the zoo or circus a visit to find out! We want to provide all our help to the SFA to make this campaign as successful as it can be!
