Hi,

I have not received my order yet!
It was shipped on Dec.3 2010, and should be delivered around 18 days, but 1 month has gone, why I haven't received it yet?

Don't ask me to go to local postal office, because the order ID number you offered can not be tracked in China. And I don't think this is my responsibility to track my order, this is your responsibility to do so. So, please tell me what happened to my order, when I can get it, and how will you solve this problem?

I'm sorry that you did not receive the order. The estimated delivery time for your order is up to 18 business days (3 weeks approximately) from the day the item ships, but it may take longer. You may be asked to contact your local post office when the item is held for taxes/duties. However, in case, if you do not hear any thing from your local post office, I request that you contact your local post office after 2-3 business days and check if they have received any packages or not. Also, please check with the post office to see if your order is held for taxes/ duties.

I have contacted my local post office, but got no answer. This order ID number 454FC8247A you offered can't be tracked by post office.
I pay, you serve, so don't ask me to contact anyone else, I just contact with you. Can't you contact with UPS to see what happened to my package? Has my package been lost by UPS? Or has it been returned back? If my order is held by local post office for taxes/duties, you must tell me which local post office I should contact with.
I say it again, I can not get any information from local post office. You should do something to give me the answers.

楼主！不要这么贪心啊！这种心理不可有哦！纠纠楼主的错吧！第一、order ID只是索尼内部的订单号，楼主怎么拿这个号去邮局查？应该是tracking number才对！其次、楼主的英语好像有些……是学生？By the way，我昨天收到包裹单了！劝楼主再等等吧！我也是这样过来的…

建议米收到的还是发邮件问问吧，我昨天发邮件问索尼，今天回复说我的没有寄出来，可以要求退款或重寄。而且我在12月3号的时候有收到发货邮件。
所以我在考虑是不是退款，因为我在亚马逊也订了美版，且朋友从美国带了套vision给我。

纳兰同学，我来回答你吧！记住哦！第一、没人会通知你，有些地方是派包裹单，例如我这里，还有些地方就是直接送上门，没有电话。PS：之前不是和你说过索尼没在单上打印电话吗？……第二、这就是平邮！叫国际平常小包。第三、我昨天收到包裹单拉！！哈哈！鸡动！
