附前言：
楼主是初二的学生，这学期的第一单元作文题就是成功人士的故事，然后我就写了一篇关于迈的英语作文，老师的评语是非常优秀。我当然是很开心的啦，为迈迷争光嘛。因此，我将这篇英语作文发在这里，跟我同级或是有需要的学生迈迷感兴趣就看看吧。但这仅是参考，如果真的要写的话，还是要按照自己的真实水平。不要搬抄，因为这也是对MICHAEL的心意。
PS：如果有错误，请大家指出。
The King Of Pop——MICHAEL JACKSON
Michael Jackson was one of the most famous pepole in the world. His performance were amazing. His voice, his songs and his dance were full of magic.
迈克尔杰克逊是世界上最著名的人物之一。他的表演令人疯狂。他的歌声，他的乐曲，他的舞蹈都充满了魔力。
（注：be full of = be filled with ，意为充满，是重点短语。 Performance 意为表演，演出，名词）
Michael Jackson was born on 29th August , 1958. He was the seventh child of the Jackson family. He began singing at the age of five. He was a number a the Jackson five band. Five years later, they won many awards. And became famous all around the world.
迈克尔杰克逊出生于1958年8月29日，他是杰克逊家族里第七个孩子。迈克尔在五岁的时候开始唱歌，是杰克逊五兄弟乐队的成员。五年后，他们赢得了许多奖项，并开始在世界各地闻名。
（注：at the age of three 是重点短语，意为在某人多少岁时。“Five years later”这部分要注意用later 而不是 ago）
Michael is a symbol of pop culture. He had deeply influenced and promoted the development of populer music. He was a good all-rounder of the music. Many his albums have become some of the world's best selling pop records, such as Off The Wall, Thriller ,Bad, Dangerous , History and so on. For these reasons , he was known as the king of pop.
迈克尔是流行文化的标志，他深深推动并影响了流行音乐的发展。他是优秀的音乐全才。他的许多专辑在全世界内畅销，例如《疯狂》、《战栗》、《真棒》、《危险》、《历史》以及其他。基于这些理由，他被称为流行音乐之王。
（注：for these reasons ， be known as 是重点短语。前者译为基于这些理由，后者译为被称作···）
Unfortunately, Michael had a skin disease named Vitiligo. So his skin changed from black to white at he end of 1980s.But nowadays,still some people think he changed his skin by himself. How foolish they are !
不幸的是，迈克尔患有一种名为白癜风的皮肤病。所以在八十年代末期，他的肤色由黑变白。但是直至今天，仍有一些人认为他通过自己的方式改变了肤色。这些人是多么愚蠢啊！
（注：此段涉及到了迈迈的白癜风问题，所以如果大家的作文里有提到的话最好能用中文跟同学解释一下。因为他们也许听不懂白癜风这个单词，但却明白后面那句肤色变化的话。希望能解释一下，不要给迈造成误解。）
Many people think he was strange . But I think they do not really understand him. I think he is one of the best men who I have ever seen. As the king of pop, Michael aslo did a lot of things for the poor pepole from all over the world. He wrote many songs about peace. He gave about 300 million in charity. He loved children very much. He went away from us three years ago. We miss him very much. He will be remembered by us , FOREVER.
许多人认为他很奇怪，但是我认为他们没有真正了解迈克尔。我认为他是我见过的最好的人之一。作为流行音乐之王，迈克尔为穷人做了很多的事他写了大量的慈善歌曲，为慈善捐出了3亿美元。他非常喜爱孩子。在三年前，他离我们远去，我们都非常想念他。他会被我们永远铭记。
全文完。在以前，我经常写纪念MICHAEL的文章。可后来越来越感到无处下笔。不是因为不爱，而是因为爱得太深。无法用语言来表达。这篇英语作文花了我很长时间，我很努力写。但是最后还是没有将它当中念出，因为缺乏胆量。我害怕面对众人指指点点的目光。所以，在此我希望，有迈迷，会比我更有勇气。
