法国维旺迪有望收购BMG 打造全球最大唱片集团

　　【赛迪网讯】9月6日消息，据国外媒体报道，接近交易谈判的消息人士透露，法国维旺迪唱片公司打算收购贝塔斯曼媒体集团旗下的BMG唱片公司，双方的谈判已接受尾声，据悉交易金额约为16亿欧元(约合21亿美元) 　　据CNN财经网站报道，该消息人士称，预计双方将于周三宣布交易声明，假如交易成功，维旺迪将成为全球最大的唱片公司，领先于百代集团和华纳音乐集团。该交易最终完成还须通过欧盟与美国监管机构的批准。此前，另有消息人士上周向路透社表示，针对BMG的投标于上周四结束，BMG仍需要一周到十天时间进行选择，在此期间相关谈判会继续进行。 　　本周二，贝塔斯曼方面不愿就上述消息发表任何评论。 　　BMG唱片公司拥有数千首热门歌曲的版权，其中包括克里斯蒂娜·阿奎莱拉和酷玩乐队Coldplay的当红曲目。贝塔斯曼出售BMG获得的资金，将用于回购公司的少数股权。 　　消息人士上周向路透社记者透露，除了维旺迪之外，美国媒体集团维亚康姆与私人证券集团 Apollo联手发出收购要约，此外，华纳音乐集团接近最后期限时也提出竞购要约。 　　另据接近交易人士透露，高盛投资银行旗下的，位于芝加哥的私人证券公司GTCR也单独提出竞购要约。BMG聘请的顾问为摩根和花旗银行。
