我现在是郁闷到底了。
事情如下：
看到KEEN发帖子说Q的书很好，接着想起来昨天老公还说他之前的老板G回美国了，问要什么礼物？
所以今天一早，打电话给老公，叫他帮我带一本自传回来。
老公帮忙传话mail如下：
Mr. Enck, my wife Ellie has learned that I had asked you a favor to buy Obama's book "The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream", she called me just now and asked if you could buy her one book as well. The book is: "The Complete Quincy Jones: My Journey & Passions: Photos, Letters, Memories & More from Q’s Personal Collection".

接下来，老公打电话给我，说：
G说，之前Q去过他办公室，看看有没有什么商业机会。 我说啊啊啊啊，为什么不告诉我啊！ 我自己分析是，G不记得我喜欢MJ了，因为可能只说过一次。 我立刻激动，加超级郁闷，擦肩而过啊。 老公安慰说，他立刻写MAIL，说下次Q再来，亲我吃饭。 我郁闷，等到下次什么时候啊。 我说，你必须和G说，我特兴奋，而且下次要告诉我，而且我见了会哭的。
挂了电话，我又一次打开MAIL，G回给老公：
I just bought Obama's book this afternoon, and will see if the Quincy Jones book is available. I didn't notice it today. For your reference, Jones visited me in Beijing for 2 days a year or so ago. He wanted to discuss his business opportunities in China...a wonderful guy, and a legend among US blacks.
老公回复如下：
Mr. Enck, thanks a lot for your quick reply! Ellie will be crazy if she knows Quincy has ever visited you, because she warships him very much, as he has shaped Michael Jackson's career, and Michael is my wife's icon for so long!
我怎么这么倒霉啊，不过有机会，有机会。
老公开我玩笑，说如果Q和G合作在北京发展，让我去G的公司上班。我说成，当前台我都愿意！呵呵
