hi, I got tickets days ago. Right now Im starting to apply for a visa to UK. And it has to be done before the concert begins. Here the UK Embassy in China is very strict of releasing a visa for us.  So I was asking to request if you could offer me Ticketmaster Official Invitation Letter of going to see the concert. This could be a great help for me to get a UK visa!!!

If you could send out an Official Invitation Letter, please send it to my billing address by express, I can pay for the delivery. Please tell me the process by Email/phone， both ok. Thanks a lot!!

What if I haven’t received my tickets by the date you have indicated?

If for some reason you have not received your tickets by the date you have been indicated then you should contact the official ticket hotline 0844 847 2020. Overseas customers should contact us via the email at iccwt20@ecb.co.uk


How will I receive my tickets?

Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email/letter on purchase. This communication will outline the number of tickets which have been allocated and the details regarding ticket delivery. Tickets will be dispatched via couriered post three to four weeks prior to the event.
