Viagogo is an officially authorised ticket agent that AEG works with. Tickets purchased through this agent are authentic and will be valid.

I am writting to ask about the ticket of Michael Jackson's concert in London. I bought two tickets on the "Viagogo" website, and have recieved their confirmation by email as it showed below. They said I won't get the tickets before the promoters 7 days ahead the event.Do they have your authorization? Can I trust them? For I am going to spend much money on applying for visa and booking the airplane, could you please help me to comfirm it?
