三月中旬从黄牛网站VIAGOGO订购了MJ722的门票,由于激动和菜鸟英文水平,我居然把快递方式点错,选择了“欧盟地区”而不是“世界其他地区”(我填写的其他地址信息都对,收票地址是上海)。。。而我还不知道自己犯了这么大的错误。。。直到。。。
直到今天清早打开MJJCN群,见七七她们收到VIAGOGO将要寄票的邮件了,我也乐滋滋的打开我的HOTMAIL,忽然发现了三个月前预埋的地雷:Delivery Method: FedEx UK – to European Union
我头一下子就炸了,问其他人,大家都选择的是“rest of the world”,怎么办怎么办,我没方向的乱点viagogo的FAQ,想写信给他们解释情况请求帮助,却怎么也找不到原先写邮件的页面。看到FAQ里有关写错地址的条款,viagogo都是写明不承担因此造成的损失和责任的,我当时想哭,怕他们不通知我就把我的票给取消了。。。
就在这个时候,亲爱的lisamarie,还有Blacksis,告诉我邮件下面还写了,可以选择伦敦演唱会当天取票,哈哈哈,
我赶紧回去看邮件,11:00给VIAGOGO去了信“ request to pick up tickets in London”后面带上我的订单号和姓名。之后还和七七她们纠结了一下,今天周六viagogo工作人员是否会上班的问题。。。希望今天午夜前能收到他们回复可以晚上安心睡觉。
晚上冒雨回家,就跳上邮箱,居然回信了(回信时间是UK的8:09am,欧洲人原来也很有效率的,表扬下)

补上VIAGOGO网页里,门票信息下面给我增加了内容:
Order StatusYour tickets will be made available for collection. If we haven't already done so, our Customer Services team will be in contact nearer the time of the event to provide you with full details.
Rest assured you will have your tickets in hand in time for the event
我现在机票,火车票,演唱会票,一日游票,全部是电子虚拟票了,感觉真的生活在现代社会了。 |
