作为一项全球性的活动，Thrill the world(以下简称TTW) 的官网为了做到全球统一行动而做出了许多的规范性要求
这次全球性的活动希望冲击新的世界记录，各地的活动中，得到官方认可的参与者数据将被计算入参与者总数而冲击此记录。对此，TTW官网提出12+1规则

1.You need a big enough place for the zombies to dance.
需要为活动准备一个足够大的场地

2.Dance at the correct time for your region

3.Be on the COUNTDOWN CALL on Thrill Day

The phone number(s) will be sent via email 72 hours before Thrill Time. Everyone MUST be on this conference call to listen for the official countdown to dance
在正式活动前的72小时内，倒数电话号码将会通过邮件通知。所有参与活动的人都需要通过此号码听取官方的舞蹈活动倒数

4.Do the Thriller dance as taught by Ines Markeljevicin Thriller Teaching Videos 2.1

You cannot make your own dance or changes to the choreography as taught by TTW. We are united by the dance so we all do the same version.
你不能自己重新编排或改动舞蹈。我们必须跳同样的版本
5.Use the Thriller Song from TTW
使用TTW提供的音乐
The file is called “THRILLER ‐THRILL TIME Song.” It is 5 minutes and 57 seconds long. No other versions accepted. You may be allowed to use the TTW Teaching Video , project onto the wall, instead of the song but we’ll let you know closer to event.
文件名“THRILLER ‐THRILL TIME Song.”共长5分钟57秒。其它任何版本都不被接受。你也可能被允许使用视频投影来代替音乐，但这将在活动前再最终确认是否可以
6.Rehearse with your entire group for at least two hours prior to Thrill Time.
在正式的活动前，确保你的团队进行不少于2小时的彩排
Even if you have a small group you still need to rehearse. If you have a large group or 50 people or more, you will need MORE time. And add extra time because things always happen that set you back.
即使你的团队只有很少人，也需要彩排；如果你的团队多于50人，彩排的时间应更长

7.Have participants sign‐in or count‐in before the dance. More details in folder: World Records Officer
舞蹈前每个参与者的签名或报数。

8.You MUST have 2 witnesses present to verify for world records, plus a minimum of Stewards. More details in folder: World Records Officer

9.Take Photos & Video your dance
Post video on YouTube. Send photos to TTW immediately to be included in international Press Releases after the event.

10.Must have at least 1 Media present
If you’re a small private event you can get community paper or bulletin but at least one media source must document that your event was real.
至少有一家媒体报道
如果你是一个小型的私人活动，你可以通过社区报纸或公布版报道但至少有一家媒体报道你的活动
11.Text message your participant numbers immediately after the dance
Details will be sent in email 72 hours before Thrill Time. You should have at least one mobile phone on‐site.
活动后把你的参与者的数量(编号？)通过文本方式告知官方
具体方法将在正式活动前的72小时公布。你至少应有一个移动电话保持可联络状态
12.Mail your Aftermath Materials to TTW by Nov. 23, 2009
This will things like a copy of your videotaped dance, some photos, original documents from witnesses and records of participant sign‐in/ count‐in.

在2009年11月23日前把你的活动材料呈报给TTW
包含活动的视频、照片、证人的原始文档、参与者的签名或报数
