昨天发邮件问了下,顺便还问了下有些迈迷还收到下载链接的事,回复如下:
I understand that you want to know the status of the order. Your both orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations on December 2, 2010. This delivery method allows us to significantly reduce your shipping costs, while still providing the reliable international service UPS is known for. UPS will deliver your item to the postal service of your country, who will then in turn deliver the parcel to you. UPS Mail Innovations does not provide tracking numbers for individual items. It will take 8 to 18 business days to deliver the product to you from the date of shipment. However, if your item hasn't arrived within 18 business days, please contact your local post office to check if they have received the order or not.
Also, I have been able to confirm that the E-Mail with the download link are being sent to the customers. Please keep on checking your Junk and/or Spam filter folders to see if the email was incorrectly trapped. If you use a business email address you may also need to check with your IS team to see if the email was blocked. Also, for customers who paid for their order via PayPal, these emails were sent to the email address you registered with PayPal.
If you still do not receive the email within 3 to 4 business days, please reply and let me know.
