昨天晚上再次发邮件问索尼客服,我还特地在信中强调了不要回复我类似等8到18工作日之类的话…可是客服的推脱战术真的很高!对此我表示非常的无语!我们小市民的力量还是很小的,索尼客服根本不重视!几乎所有回复都差不多,用的模板!所以我也像一位亲一样向K大请愿,统计人数集体反馈给索尼客服!因为我已经等的不耐烦勒…以下是客服回复:Mr.Cai,

I'm sorry that you haven't received your order yet. As UPS Mail Innovation takes 8 to 18 business days for delivering the international order. I suggest you contact your local area Post office after 18 businessdays to check if your order is held for any taxes/ duties.

I'm sorry that you did not receive the order. The estimated delivery time foryour order is up to 18 business days (3 weeks approximately) from the day the item ships, but it may take longer. However, if your item hasn't arrived within 2 to 4 business days, please contact your local post office to check whether they have received any package in your name. If still the package is not locatable, please get back to us.
Also, at this point of time there is no Phone Support and all correspondences are done via E-Mail.

大概意思还是要我等多两到四个工作日,如果仍收不到就联系当地邮局,再无消息就再联系客服,估计是商讨重寄事宜了!再等等呗!只能说,这个客服很可爱!有些单词都拼错了!有些没有空格,哇哈哈!悲哀的等下去……迈要保佑我啊!等……

昨天上午还到处发牢骚呢,下午回家的时候单车又掉链子了,轮回家,心情超不爽!!回到家下面的邮箱那里,想想打开看看吧!没想到,一打开就看见里面有张单子,我屏住呼吸拿出单子,一看,哇!领取进口国际小包邮件通知单!哇!我的终于到了!真是好事多磨!没错!过两天取了给大家上图啊! |
