亲，你好，我的2月18号寄来了sony发货的邮件，到现在都一个多月了，上午按亲的模板稍改后寄了过去，刚查邮件收到如下内容：
I apologize for the delay in obtaining the ordered item. The estimated delivery time for your order is up to 18 business days (3 weeks approximately) from the day the item ships, but it may take longer. Please wait for another 5 business days to check whether any product reaches to your address. In case, if the item has not delivered within this time frame, you may either choose to obtain a refund or replacement for the original order.
加粗的内容重点是replacement for the original order，什么意思啊？
