k和孩子是遗产的收益人， 他们被利用是避免不了的。   孩子们不是已经被推出来好多次了吗。    让人不齿的是，   J家人是这些个混蛋事的幕后推手。   只要可以把钱搞到手， 不管用什么办法，     和人还是魔鬼，    光明正大的还是见不得人的。。。。

Los Angeles—The rumor mill has been buzzing over the past two days about Katherine's Jackson rival between the executors of her late son's estate and The Heal The World Foundation Here's the real story.

Katherine Jackson signed a declaration clearly marking her position behind the Heal The World Foundation charity coined by Michael Jackson himself, now in an arduous lawsuit against his Estate executors over his posthumous publicity rights. The declaration reiterated a bold claim that executor John Branca stolen from Michael in the past and now in the aftermath of his death; a claim Jackson himself has declared publicly in the past on numerous occasions—mostly because, they are true.

Estate in-house council Adam Streisand fired back a PR campaign with a claim the Jackson "categorically denied" signing the declaration and "would never say such things about the man who was solely responsible for resurrecting Michael Jackson's tarnished image."

Meanwhile, the declaration was signed in the presence of witnesses who have since come forward to announce the document's authenticity.

The Estate's ironic attempt to discredit Katherine and puppeteer claims of signature fraud Jackson's behalf fell flat when Streisand received a letter of termination from the king of pop's matriarch this morning—in similar fashion to the way Michael fired Branca two decades ago.

The truth is, Katherine Jackson's patience is wearing thin and she beginning to realize that if she does not stand up against the corruption and injustice behind the closed doors of her son's estate, there will be nothing left for Michael's children.

The executors of the Estate have done a good job trying to convince everyone that John Branca—a man Michael Jackson publicly expressed disdain for over the last 20 years—is the good guy while Michael's Jackson's own mother — a woman he has showered with praise and adornment his entire life—does not have her son's best interest at heart. Lest we forget who Michael Jackson left his entire fortune to: His mother, his children and his charity.
In other words, Katherine Jackson *IS* the Estate.

那我很想知道 如果遺產公司妥協了願意多給錢了 那John Branca是不是就變好人 可以信任了?

老實說傑克森家要是有人有實質證據Branca做了甚麼不應該做的 就該告上法院 不要每次只會在twitter 媒體前面叫囂 到底有啥用 之前他們對卡西歐家也是 講半天也是同樣證據拿不出 也不告上法院 到底是想怎樣

我想這就是為什麼他們不敢走正常法律途徑要法官提供津貼 事實上之前小孩的津貼已經提高過一次 但他們卻不向法官申請 卻用這樣的方法逼遺產公司 很可能就是 這些錢根本不是她和三個小孩會用到的 而是可能給了J家其他的人 MJ活著的時候 他給J媽錢 J媽就這樣分給其他人 現在有層層控管 當然就不夠用了

不就是想要钱吗？还说什么“重新思考遗产公司的前途”，什么为了“慈善事业”，真好意思。

不过商标权仍然会是争执的焦点，没有了HTWF的这些商标Katherine和那个色情贩子的公司就很难靠卖MJ纪念品挣钱。

mann和J家人的说法其实自相矛盾着呢
branca 有问题，可以直接上法院告啊。拿出证据，不要一直在那儿瞎嚷嚷， 结果只是要钱
说brabca偷了mj的遗嘱， 怎么偷啊， 那遗嘱可是mj签字认可的 。 又不是啥真金白银可偷可骗可抢直接了事的， 这什么逻辑啊！
无非是想给branca一个下马威
如果branca是这么容易给屈服的，mj的遗产交给这样的人也靠不住
看那边的人这么多的大的举动
说明是真的急了

遗产公司Ｄ＄寫得清清楚楚沒人能拿得走，只不過百分之20％的基金我想邁媽可能也不相人家，只不過和邁媽合做的哪間公司是不好的遗產公司也在起訴它們。只于人家的家事我們沒有親眼看到，有興趣去看一下杰克遜家族檔看人家在做什么，我做歌迷的是ＭＪ唱片出来就支持不會八掛人家的私事。对不起上面哪句話是寫得邁媽可能也不相信人家寫悼了–个字。
