the talks are sony pays off the debts for him, squares up his assests and put a amount in hold for Michael to cover costs for a period of time. in return a percentage of the revenue on the catalogue goes to sony over a period.
That percentage would have been given to michael so to break it up
if MJ usually gets 50% say worth 250 million he would lose say for instance 25% for a period over a certain amount of years.
The next part of the possible agreement is to offer Michael a distribution deal with SONY BMG (i think thats the name).
and re market michael and songs from MIJAC and ATV as MJ has to sign off all agreements on releases from the catalogue.

unfortuantly - as i previously said few months ago another more boxsets and greatest hits. (singles boxset) but there will be more
expect dvds - another singles boxset after the 1st
Sony have been keen to get michael back on side since the devil left. but how to do it was hard and they wanted to wait til after the trial and it was increasingly harder by advisors keeping people away from mj.
Thats changed randy has put together a team of people close to the jackson family --- this open the door for a distribution deal only with michael and the jacksons.
There will be a jacksons album in the summer and there are talks of a series of concerts. weirdly not in America yet more bahrain and that way????? mj wants nothing to do with America for the time being.
there will be a mj album but not yet. the plan is to fill the waves with collaberations (Jacksons and re-releases) and remind people the real mj the he we release do another album.
charity single is happening but the delay is legal nothing more.....
