My feelings after reading Moonwalk

Twenty years ago, everyone would say,“I want to be a singer like Michael Jackson.”proudly and firmly.Ten years ago,there were still a great many people saying like that.But now if you saythis,you will be condemned as an idiot,I’m sorry to say,though there are still many fans around the world.Here, we can’t say simply that a man is good or bad.Everyone is growing and changing. In the book, he introduced some important people that influenced his life---his mother,Diana Ross,Quincy Jones, Elizabeth Taylor,Marlon Brando and so on.He admired Charlie Chaplin and Walt Disney most.There’s also a person that he always wants to love and understand---his father.The relationship between his father and him is one of the hottest topics about his eccentricities.In the book, he said his father abused his brothers and him when there was any mistake during the rehearsal.In “Living with Michael Jackson”, a documentary released in 2002, he also put an emphasis on this point that he hated his father.From all the news about his father and him I heard of,in my opinion,he still respects his father whatever he is,though there still seems a wall between them.In the book, he wrote,”My father did always protect us and there’s no small feat. He always tried to make sure people did’t cheat us.He looked after our interests in the best ways.He might have made a few mistakes along the way,but he always thought he was doing what was right for his family.”Yes,he did.And he was always on his son’s side during the trial. From the book, I learned he is an ambitious,hard-working and kind-hearted man,a singer simultaneously a businessman. Considering the year when he wrote this book, some of his sayings needs modifying.For example,“Katherine Hepburn is a dear friend.”Now if he wrote a book like this again, he would change “is” into “was”.Yes, this is the least important change.As time goes by, his opinions about marriage, media and children will get slightly different from what he said in the book.There are still some more hot topics from the book that people are still talking about today---his money,his relationship with chidren, his future music career,etc.Now for short,I won’t talk about them any more here, though I’m willing and be able to. In a word, he is a weirdo to the public,a god to the loyal fans,mistakenly taken as a symbol of monster to children.He is a great singer but not a great man.

Of course,it was written all by myself. I have put it online in several mjfan forums at home and aboard. I just want the world to know my feelings.

yeah~~`i also support mj's father. i think mj didn't express his feeling about father clearly and people also misunderstand him a bit.

i don't know much about what was really going on between Micheal and those children, but i got this feeling that Micheal can't possible do anything to harm those children, if you ever read about the tales about Peter Pan, a lovely but perhaps pitious figure, who refused to grow up, you will understand why Micheal like children so much, he himself is a Peter Pan, perhaps he is not showing his felling rightly, but i believe he holds no harm to any one, any child. he is a great singer, and this, togther with many other things, makes him a great man. i love him.

about his future, tread carefully, don't care too much about what the media say, i can't understand why people can ever abandon so heartlessly something they once so badly treasured, to those who once badly loved mj, to betray him is to betray themselves, since mj is a part of their life,

Good,I couldn't agree more.Many people change their opinions too easily.Perhaps they were and are just following the trend.They let the media decide everything for them.MJ don't need them,they're not true fans.

i want to read that book! i do think he is a great man. you must know there will be lots of atteches when a man is too famous. i don't believe what they say.if u noticed the details in the whole thing ,u will find that thay just wanted to destroy mj. u can think about all the things he did to children. i know everyone could be changed,if mj changed,that is all because the people around him......

I am so happy to see so many people read my article so carefully. I am really grateful for that. First, I say, he is a great singer but not a great man. That doesn’t mean I don’t like Michael Jackson. Actually, I am really crazy about him and I am proud of being one of his fans because he is a great singer. I have many of his albums. They cost me a great deal of money. In my computer, there are hundreds of his pictures including big and beautiful wallpapers, some screensavers and cursors, or something like that. I check my E-mail box to read the latest news about him from MJNI,mjjforum and mjfanclub. But I am really disappointed about my situation that no one but I love MJ in my class. Second, does anyone here really do what a fan should do? We can get many of his songs free without buying his albums or even without his permission. Michael can make little money from that. I don’t really want to say that truth. Michael may forgive us for doing like that if he knows it. We are smooth criminals. Third, every fan believes he is innocent and he still has a bright future. His future career is up to him and the real support from his fans. i think he is not only a great singer, but a great man also. in my judges of a man, one's career is as important as his attitude towards life. he is a hero all the time fighting against rights of black, contriving to be a good father, and a father 's good son. he'd done well in his performing career, so we can regard him as one succeed in his professional, and he love the people around the world, we can have this conclusion from his donating to the disables, children, and the black. how a man can love so universally. his career is a great success, his attitude towards the world desert everyone's respect. against all false accusation, he remained taciturn, I know he believe the god is the only judge, not the court. how can a man be so tough. he still believe his talent in the music, against all odds, all false accusation. we should stick to our faith

I know the deed of pirating the artists' work is shameful, but sometimes we have no choice. if oneday i would have enough money, the first thing i wanna do is to buy all of his CDs, even at that time I got older losing the ethusiasm enjoying the beat-featured music. how pitiful, i am not like u, i have no enough money to get his albums, even one. someday I will, allow me to pray for time. you should be envied, all of u. mj should be admired, because he have had you support him all the time.

I loooooove the book. I have it all printed beautifully and have read it for five times. When I read his words, I feel I'm closest to him. It feels like he's sitting there reading bedtime stories to me. It feels so good.
