two foreigners in childish memory

As a child,I was difficult.Through I was a girl,but always doing unsafe things like a boy.They left several marks on my body.My mother was afraid and used to say:”Can`t you stop doing those terrible affairs and learn to be a good girl?”But it did not discourage me.I was like a savage child all the same. I am fortunate to have an open,kindly mother who did not educate me as primitivly as most parents did.Instead,she was always patiently telling me what I should do and what not.That functioned for a time.I of the past came back when she left me alone. But one thing is funny.Even if my nerve was bigger than life,there was a “man” who frightened me.The “man” was superman,whose eyes were capable of giving off X-ray that could penetrated any object,who was able to fly and faster than air.-----He was a killer of people who broke the law.Unlike today,TV station sent out movies and musics,both home and strange,except news all day at that time in China.In my childish eyes,all foreigners were the same as him.Of course,my mother was not aware of it,But one accident happened. I would be about 7 or 8-year-old,and just attended junior school.One day,my mother took me to a park near our house to play.A strange boy who was younger than me was playing nearby.It was a model car in his hands that attracted me.I had seen thing like it before and longed to own one. But I did not.When the little boy was running towards a man sitting on a nearby bench.I walked to the model car and stooped down to touch it.After a while,when I turned around and intended to leave.I knocked the boy over who stood next to me.He fell, then crying.The man sat on the bench immediately ran towards us.I saw him and thought he would come to grasping me .I was in fear,crying also.It made two adults, he and my mother,puzzled.On account of different language,they were seperated from each other by being convinced that there was not something serious with us. When we arrived home,my mother who saw the whole accident asked me why cried as that man approached.I told her the truth:I did not mean to hurt that little boy and was in fear of being closed in the jail or killed,since in the film called “Superman”,the bad men often be treated like this.While my mother explained repeatedly,I did not vary.Since then she became aware that only the so-called superman could bluff me out of performing those unsafe matters,So she hung a foreigner`s picture over wall.Ironically,that was useful.I became more and more obedient with each passing day.It sounds funny now.Until today,my mother often laugh at my being na?ve.But “superman” really had an extraordinary effect on my childhood.. The other person is, that is why I put this lines on this,Michael Jackson.Due to my mother being a fan of him,his name is mentioned every now and then in my growing up,never stop.As a child ,it was queer that she should worshipped a foreigner,since strangers were identified with monsters by me.As a teenager,it was my custom to listen to music of my country own without remembering singer.I often put one man`s name on another`s head.so I never thought to purchase Michael Jackson`s disc.But it varied in 2005.I ran into a disc on him and brought it back from a relative`s home.I detected that I had seen him on TV once in watching “Black or white”.Until seeing Michael Jackson standing on the Statue of Liberty,I was not reminded of the following event. I remembered Michael due to the Statue of Liberty which was the supreme building at that time in U.S..When we saw him on TV,my mother asked me how he got onto the Statue of Liberty.I answered that he reached it through climbing ladder.She was doubled up on the spot.At long last,her laughter died down.I was told that the image had been made by compter.It was a puzzle to me how the computer “took him to the Statue of Liberty”.Therefore,the man standing on the Statue of Liberty was got locked into my memory in the way.In spite of it,I never recognized that “he” and Michael Jackson from my mother`s lips were the same fellow. From the first time I saw him on TV to 2005,I spent more than 10 years in seeing that they are the same man.Knowing this,Michael Jackson would be cry out of anger,I am sure.
