Thanks for emailing us about O2 Priority Tickets.

I understand you want to purchase Priority Tickets for Michael Jackson Concert.

Jake, please be assured, as our O2 Priority Tickets are available for all O2 customers including Pay & Go.

Blueroom gives you a list of the events that will be taking place at The O2. To get tickets for any of these events, please follow the simple steps mentioned below:

1) You can text a shortcode 2402 to request a password.

You will be automatically validated to check the following:

- You are an O2 customer
- You sent your text when a Priority Ticket promotion is active
- Tickets are still available
If you are eligible, you'll be sent a text message with a web URL and a unique password.

You'll need to go to the web URL and enter the password, enabling you to purchase your Priority Tickets (the number of tickets you can buy is dependant on the event). The text message may advise you when the promotion is active in which case you should go to the web URL at the specified time."
