The answers to the following questions may be relevant to your question:
Ticketmaster aims to dispatch all tickets for events at The O2 as soon as possible. However for many major music and sporting events we are often unable to dispatch tickets until closer to the event date.
If you have purchased tickets as a present and the tickets have not arrived you can print off a special Ticketmaster celebration confirmation which is available via our website helpdesk.
Please allow up to 3 days before the event date to receive your tickets. If your tickets do not arrive, please contact us again 72 hours before your event. It will be possible at this stage to arrange for the original tickets to be voided and for replacements to be held at the venue box office for collection by the named cardholder only from when the doors for the show open onwards.

If you are a subscriber to My Ticketmaster you can view your bookings, update your subscriptions and edit your billing information for future bookings.
Check your booking by phone
By calling 0870 242 4442 you can access our automated service line to check and confirm the status of your booking and obtain the latest ticket dispatch information. |
