今天看到了他们发的信！
We are writing to give you a status update on your Michael Jackson tickets for the 13 July 2009, 18:30.
Tickets will be released by the Promoters at the end of June and you can expect to receive your tickets around 6th July.
而且6号到底能不能收到还不知道呢！！都是未知数！！
We understand that you may be travelling around this time, so if you wish, you may submit an address in the UK, or request to pick up the tickets on the day of the event. If you prefer to collect the tickets, exact pick up instructions will be sent to you nearer the time.
到是可以现场取，他们通过什么方法来确认身份？用信用卡？那如果信用卡用的是别人的怎么办？？还有现场取的话，快递费呢？？会退回来吧！！

9号就去伦敦了，如果在这之前还没有收到票就死了：（！！！
中午给viagogo写了信，结束下午18：21就已经收到了他们的回信，这次效率不是一般的高。不过让我很奇怪的是我只是询问到底应该怎么办，但他们的回复里已经把方法都给我定好了，让我去现场拿票！他们的回信如下！
We can confirm we have changed your ticket status to pickup. This means you will be able to collect your tickets from the event venue box office, 2 hours before the start of the concert. Please ensure you take with you a copy of your purchase confirmation email, and a proof of ID.
We have also refunded the shipping cost of £16.49 which you had paid for delivery to Beijing.
然后另一封信写的是把钱已经退回来了。
We have successfully refunded you for the transaction below. Please note that it can take up to 3-4 working days for the money to be transferred to your account.
