He is scheduled for a January 16th hearing where he's expected to plead innocent. Jackson and his attorney MARK GERAGOS have vehemently denied the boy's claims, with Geragos suggesting during Thursday's press conference that "these charges are driven by two things, money and revenge." During the interview, Katherine wanted to let the world know that her son should be thought of as innocent until proven guilty. "I'd like to let them know to not judge my son ... the media is trying him and it's wrong for them to think Michael is guilty. Please don't judge him because he hasn't been convicted yet."
