This week, Michael Jackson has officially become the third highest earning deceased celebrity of all time, easily skipping over Elvis Presley and legendary Beatle John Lennon.
Forbes magazine reports that Michael Jackson has earned in excess of $90 million this year already, the bulk of which came after the King of Pop's death only four months ago.
For now, Jackson is only financially bested in death by designer Yves Saint Laurent and Rodgers & Hammerstein.
But Michael Jackson may eventually attain the top spot on Forbes' list.
With rumors that Michael Jackson's "This Is It" could receive a Best Picture nomination at the 2010 Academy Awards - not to mention possibly picking up a few Grammys and AMAs along the way - Michael Jackson's best days may indeed still lie ahead.
