Please see the 606th floor. They deleted the thread. I often cite things out of my memory, which is superb in general but it doesn't mean is always correct. But if people always ask me to find the exact link, I am out :) I am not good at finding things as my memory is set very selectively.
Tell you more details about that thread. (Please feel free to correct me if my recollection is inaccurate in any way!). Someone asked what happened to MJ's nose during the 30th Anniversary Concert. The answer is that he did some repair work on his nose, raising it up and cutting a nerve between his nose and lips. That's why his face looked a little bit rigid. Later on, his nose was moved down to its original place and things went back to normal. According to Keen, the answer was provided by CeSsy (I hope I spelled her ID correctly :), Ba1 Gua4 Goddess. He only knew the nose work but nothing about cutting nerves. This might be the reason they deleted the answer (the nerve part perhaps).
In another thread, I remember that someone else asked Keen about MJ's plastic surgery. Keen said that MJ only did on his nose and later years minor repair works done on his nose. Again, you can't count on me to find that thread for you. It was buried in a chat or Keen's interview (Flying High section, MAYBE).
In my opinion, asking you to provide evidence to defend your opinion on his nose job is a joke to begin with. There will ALWAYS be people coming back and telling you that what you said is wrong because MJ didn't say it!!! What is hard core evidence anyway??? In quite a lot of people's eyes here, anything bad about MJ is not hard core evidence; they would be categorized as tabloids' rumors or his enemies' on-purpose negative comments. Come on, give me a break!!! Didn't someone even told you that the reason his nose looked different is because he lost weight?? That is the most hilarious joke I ever heard in my life!!! Didn't they know anything about human body??
Do I feel bothered by his repetitive nose work?? Yes, because his nose looks unnatural to me.
Do I really care about it?? Not really. As long as he doesn't harm others and he doesn't care what other people think, why should I??
Do I have to intentionally cover it up or bring it up?? No, if he had the guts to do it and showed it to the world, I don't think that I have the obligation to do either.
My bottom line is that his nose work doesn't bother me as much as he told a lie especially when everyone else (excluding some of his fans) could tell that he told a lie!!! (I didn't mean that telling a white lie is a crime. But if everyone else knew it, why did he want to tell it to begin with??) And I feel no responsibility to defend for his mistake even I do like and respect him.
Alex, as I told you before, please let it go and find the peace and happiness somewhere else. You don't gain much from this discussion anyway. Some people attacked you to spread a rumor. You know you didn't and most people in the world know it too. You can't convince everyone to share your opinion. Now this discussion is far from your original intention. So be it!
