AEG knew or should have known that it was jeopardizing Jackson's health and safety by assuming control over the doctor-patient relationship between Jackson and Murray, and by directing and influencing Murray to act without regard to medical safety standards. On June 18, 2009 at 1 11 pm, the very day of the "Riot act" meeting at Jackson's house, AEG sent Murray yet another written confirmation of the existing oral agreement regarding his services to AEG. Murray had been rendering his services to AEG under the May 8, 2009, oral agreement ( oral the magic word, they are admitting so far everything was oral and the only written confirmation were emails murray was sending to them)

The written Agreement delivered to Murray on June 18, 2009, at 1 11 pm ( it seems Randy Phillips was upset MJ did not attend the rehersals at 8, 9 , 10, 11 am? lol ) provided the "term" of Murray's services was May1, 2009, through completion of the concert series. In addition to controlling the housing, insurance, travel, equipment and where Murray would perform services, AEG controlled the provision of Murray's services. AEG could fire Murray if he did not perform to their liking. Murray was to perform services as AEG directed, and Michael Jackson had no right to terminate the Agreement( are they saying AEG agreed to sign a contract where they admitted they had the right to force MJ to whatever treatement they wanted and he had no say ???????? are they that stupid to believe we are that stupid? where is this very damaging contract? ) . It was AEG who directed, controlled, oversaw, and supervised Murray's services.

42. The written Agreement further confirmed that AEG would provide Murray with necessary safety equipment and personnel, including Cardio-Pulmonary resusciation equipment and a nurse. Although AEG had promised to provide these services, and although AEG knew or should have known that Murray was nightly administring sleep remedies to Jackson, AEG failed to provide them. ( I thought they were angry because Klien’s was giving MJ drugs that made him sleepy, now they were demanding that Murray gave Mike the same exact things?)

43. when Jackson got to the rehearsal at the Forum in Inglewood, California, On June 18,2009,at 9:30 pm, a few hours after the "Riot act" meeting, he was visibly shaken .He and his family depended on AEG's continuing with the tour. He had no choice but to accept AEG's dangerous demands or suffer the consequences. And he was in no condition to say no to AEG. Witnesses present at that rehearsal confirm that Michael was not himself that day. ( Drama queens, MJ was living large in Vegas for two years, he got 48 millions in February 2008 after refinancing his loans against ATV/SONY 25 millions in cash and the rest to pay off pending lawsuits , he solved the Neverland problem in October, 2008. He did not need to move to LA, it would have made perfect sense to ask AEG to pay for everything as an advance, why not? It was not like MJ was homeless and AEG provided him with a home and fed him and his kids. At the time he signed the agreement he was in good financial position , everything was stable financially at the time. The company paid 20 + millions as a budget why would not they insure themselves incase anything happened ? is it now suspicious to make smart business decisions? 44. At AEG's direction Murray went to rehearsal that day to observe Jackson Murray took directions from AEG, and he remained at the rehearsal until AEG excused him.( the laughable conspiracy act again) k a) \( L v1 `! H6 R; e

Late on the evening of JUNE 18, 2009, Murray attended to Jackson and gave him a cocktail of Valium ( LIE Murray first prescribed valium to MJ on June 21 there is written documentation of that, that's an evidence everything is a theory made by them stated as facts in this lawsuit) , Ativan, Versed, and Propofol in order to get him to sleep . The cocktail Murray provided was similar to the medications he had given Jackson for the prior five weeks, and Murray sought to make sure Jackson slept so he could attend the next day ( This is all from their wild imagination and based solely on Murray’s very suspicious accounts of the events) . Murray administered propofol without necessary resuscitation equipment and nursing support.4 r: v4 R) M8 n/ j1 Y! b. I0 X
46. Jackson appeared for rehearsals on June 19, 2009, at the Forum. Murray was also present at rehearsals on June 19, 2009, at AEG's direction. Witnesses confirm that Michael was upset, not coherent, and seemed drugged and disoriented. ( according to the family MJ was drugged throughout April that’s why AEG wanted MURRAY and hired him, he was drugged throughtout May because of Klien’s treatment and that’s why the “riot act” event took place, so there was really nothing new or strange about Mike being upset, not coherent and seeming drugged and disoriented , right? It was something that lasted for damn three months by then !!!!!)

Jackson continued to recieve treatments from Murray over the weekend( there were no rehearsals that weekend due to Father's day) when he appeared for the next rehearsal on June 23,2009, Jackson was freezing cold ( He went to see Klien that day but the media did not capture him that day , so WHY AEG DID NOT CANCEL EVERYTHING?). His assistants had to give him several shirts to wear under his long heavy coat. Although it was warm in the staples Center that day, and although the reherasal was rigorous, Jackson had to have a heater. ( The man was ill for whatever reason , another laughable conspiracy act ) Jackson's shivering and disorientation continued on June 24, 2009, the last day before his death.AEG was well aware of his condition but did not postpone any rehearsals, nor did AEG relent in its demand that Jackson continue to maintain the grueling rehearsal schedule. ( all of the footage we saw were from these three days , I Believe MJ seemed very good coherent and sharp), ?/ r h+ v/ J6 N8 B* g

On June 23, 2009, AEG forwarded Murray by e-mail a revised written copy of the AEG-MURRAY AGREEMENT ( that was the first time there was a written agreement in the first place and please notice the word REVISED, sure it was far different from what this lawsuits has been claiming so far that’s why they had to distinguish between the Oral one and the Revised one, on April 18 they sent him an email , not a contract) . On June 24,2009,the night before Michael Jackson died Murray signed it and faxed it back to AEG( the contract was found in Murray’s car that was seized on June 26 and they confirmed that only Murray’s signature was on it, we have no real evidence that AEG even got it back) .AEG still did nothing to provide Murray with Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation equipment, a nurse, or any other life saving equipment necessary for the treatments Murray gave Jackson.( he asked for them to be present when he moved to London, Joe Jackson said in his complaint against AEG that AEG sent Murray an email on June 23 telling him the delay in signing any agreement was due to the fact that it was very RARE for a promoter to hire a doctor to look after the artist, does not support the whole theory the Jackson family wants everyone to believe that AEG was the one asking and begging to hire Murray , right? )) X; K$ a3 l& E9 O
' T$ W& l; ~: \The family is stating that AEG is responsible because they ASKED FOR AND FORCED MJ TO HIRE MURRAY IN MAY which is not true , if you want justice , if you indeed believe in justice you don’t lie , you don’t make up events, you don’t add more drama to the events and you sure don’t portray your son as this helpless , hopleless man who was drugged left and right just so you can fill your pockets with $$$$$$$. “We want money because they forced him to hire Murray” that’s what everyone needs to keep in mind and that’s as everyone with braincells knows a complete and proven LIE. |
