我的新专是12月3号寄出的,至今未到,怀疑已失踪,前两天万般无奈下发信给Sony让他们改寄香港亲戚家,因为美国到香港也就两天而且不存在翻译地址出错的问题。谁知Sony这厮这么答复。总结起来,就是一堆的“not possible”, 并说香港不是中国,是别的国家。下面是他们的来信:

Hello,
Why tell me so many "not possible"? I am very disappointed and angry at your service. OK,I accept the L size T-shirt.But why can not to Hongkong. Don't forget, Hongkong is not other country, It belongs to China for long! And I know this kind of pounch will be via HK and the transit time is much shorter and safety because if to China the local post office need to translate the address they may translate to the wrong address. I just want to receive my mail quickest intead of waiting for another one month or lost again! Besides, that Hongkong address is my relative's home. I really hope you could provide your customer a helpful optional assistance.
So, I need my mail to below address soonest.Tks

An order would not ship if the billing address country and the shipping address are different. I am sorry to inform you that we cannot make any changes to the country, as you have requested.
