来自至少22个国家的FANS对Michael说的话，真让人难过……

昨晚在一个帖子里翻到这个新建的MJ FANS Website ，进去一看，首页就让我很SHOCK。（七七已经全搬回来了，我就不重贴了）。

但真正thrilled me的是来自至少二十二个国家的FANS对Michael说的话。（德国、比利时、瑞典、西班牙、罗马尼亚、芬兰、意大利、中国、英国、印度、美国、匈牙利、斯里兰卡、法国、埃塞俄比亚、捷克斯洛伐克、阿根廷、荷兰、苏格兰、以色列、韩国，btw 大部分发言者没有写明国籍）

当时才七八页，快速浏览了一遍，回到咱们自己站里我最初进去的那个帖子里，写了一点当时的观后感，觉得多数是十多岁的年轻人对买不到票的抱怨，过于…………唔……情绪化，觉得不妥，不好。
花了一宿的时间，把到目前为止共149份Message看完，坦率得说，我为自己之前的那个回帖感到羞愧，太草率了，太自以为是了。

发言者中不仅有十多岁的年轻歌迷，也有为人父母的老歌迷，他们有的是德国/意大利的官方FANS CLUB会员，甚至是印度/台湾官方FANS CLUB负责人，还有的是多年来追随Michael足迹遍行各地，或去Santa Maria法庭外为MJ捍战的铁杆歌迷。
他们的发言强烈得表达着愤怒和绝望，幸好多数人还没有破灭对Michael的敬爱。（BTW，措辞之强烈，情感之悲愤，令人唏嘘且惶恐）
他们所泣诉的内容，令人心酸。
然而，我还是认为如果目的是想引起Michael重视的话，与其建这个站，不如引导大家直接EMAIL给MJ官方，能更快得引起重视，不管最终能不能改善or平息这事。

借用其中一句话“Please don`t take the following as an accusation, but merely as constructive criticism”

对于这场“unfair tickets sales process”的指责主要如下：

针对“Pre-sale code”以及订票系统：
没有做好充足的准备工作和必要的购票程序说明宣传，持续崩溃的在线系统，“永远收不到”的预售代码；
预售代码不合理的分配方式；
预售代码不保障购票的优先权益；
无需身份材料识别的无限制注册；
不被公告的注册时间限制、强制性只能打开一个访问窗口的系统限制等等。

『First of all, I can't believe how little informtion we'd gotten about the concerts before the ticket-release.』

『The lines were constantly engaged, the website was constantly crashing. The pre-sale codes never arrived.  』

『Anywho, by signing up to www.michaeljacksonlive.com you could get a chance to get a presale code, I got mine, when almost all the tickets were sold out - while there were fans who had about 8-9 presale codes each. I cannot even begin to say who wrong that is, when signing up for a code, there should've been more personal info to add, so some people couldn't get 10 codes, and some none. 』

『Everybody knew about the so-called "pre-sale" and almost everybody I know was sent a code - so there was nothing exclusive about this sale at all. 』

『I can't understand why 'fanclubs' or forums weren't allocated special codes (as per the WMAs which, on reflection after this week, was a doddle, despite seeming like a nightmare at the time!) to ensure that the REAL fans were given the first opportunity to purchase tickets, even before the pre-sale window. 』

『- the limited seating rules. Which makes it impossible for us to see more then 2 shows together. 2 Out of 50 is nothing compared to what we saw during the History tour.- the front rows are only for people with money. Not good, it has always and will always be the fans that make the show. 』

关于这个问题，AEG没有做好恰当的解决，无论是技术上的处理，抑或是事先公告一份说明（哪怕是在Pre-sale code邮件中写上一句提醒注意），令不少人白耗时间精力，失望透顶。并非买不起，而是根本不给机会买。有复数以上的人，对此斥责为“歧视”。

『I got a ticket, but when I was trying to pay for it, I couldn't. Verify by Visa didn't work. I tried probably around 20 times during Wednesday and Thursday. I stayed for almost two whole days in front of the computer, skipping lectures, hoping that a miracle would happen and I'd get a ticket.I've heard that some other fans had the same problem with Visa. When I tried to contact Ticketmaster my question wasn't asnwered.』

『People who were standing in lines were kicked out after 2 hours of waiting, you can image their anger. Not only this, but after finally getting through, we're being rejected because the only allowed payment is with an american express card. Wtf?!? 』

『When I would have had the chance to get a ticket (after three hours) they only accept American Express. YES, all we fans are really rich and all of us has an AMEX. I think that`s discriminating! 』

其实大部分歌迷的愤怒只是针对售票
他们的心情我能理解，不少歌迷是等待了20年的呀
换做是我，我估计我比他们还愤怒
不过真的平心而论，我最早的打算是我肯定买不到票，但是买不到票我也要去
但是后来ticketmaster和aeg的售票方式还是比我预想中好
也许我是幸运的，我不该再说什么
黄牛是不可避免的，任何事情都有两面性
AEG和ticketmaster不可能做到面面俱到
Michael也是人不是神，他为歌迷争取到低价票已经很棒了

viagogo有部分是AEG官方分配的门票，有部分是歌迷转让的，所以现在价格很混乱
希望AEG和viagogo能找到一个好的解决办法

据说AEG把二级票务代理公司Viagogo告上法庭了，这是我在mjfanclub看到的
大意是讲Viagogo把AEG给他们的票卖给其他二级票务中介以谋取利益。
AEG目前还没有解除和Viagogo的合作关系，但是他们说会死盯Viagogo，确保其履行合同。
不过似乎票价没有下调的意思...
我希望MJ能站出来表达一下立场也好，不然fans真的会很失望
我看了lz帖的评论，有些fans对MJ没有为fans着想很失望愤怒，认为MJ也只顾着赚钱了

Singer Michael Jackson’s promoter has taken Viagogo, official ticket reseller for his London concerts, to court after the secondary ticketing site allegedly offered to sell seats to other brokers.

A High Court judge on Friday ordered Viagogo to grant contractual undertakings protecting AEG Live’s tickets from touts.

The controversy came as the government urged greater self-regulation of the ticketing sector, after saying in a consultation last month that it was “disappointed” by the industry’s efforts to control touting.

Randy Phillips, president and chief executive of AEG Live, said he had originally sought an injunction against its business partner because it was “such a critical issue for us, we want them on public notice”.

Part of their original contract prevented bulk sales and volume discounts. AEG alleges that Viagogo has breached this agreement.

After working with Ticketmaster on the initial release, AEG decided to partner with an official ticket exchange for premium seating and fans selling tickets to each other to prevent them falling into the hands of touts, with the associated risk of counterfeit tickets or fraud.

Although AEG will not abandon its deal with Viagogo, “we are going to be watching this like hawks now”, said Mr Phillips, with audits to track who is buying tickets. He said AEG would decide whether to work with Viagogo or other secondary ticket sites in future after the concerts.

Viagogo declined to comment. Secondary ticketing sites are increasingly important to promoters, who can use them to sell tickets at higher prices, helping to keep the original prices lower for those fans fortunate enough to buy them.

Michael Jackson on Friday sold out 50 nights at the O2 Arena in London. A total of 1m fans will see the shows, which run between July and February.

“I have never experienced anything like this in the 30 years I have been in this business,” said Mr Phillips.

That is good news for Jackson, who stands to net between $50m (£36.1m) and $100m from the shows.

But it leaves many fans empty handed. Tickets are already selling for up to £1,300 a pair on secondary websites such as Ebay, the online marketplace, and Seatwave, Viagogo’s closest competitor.

“You’ve got 10m people looking for 1m tickets,” said Joe Cohen, founder of Seatwave, which attracts about 1m UK visitors a month.

AEG’s deal will see 7 per cent of the house available on Viagogo, but Mr Cohen expects 15 to 20 per cent of the Jackson tickets will eventually go through the secondary market. Unlike on-street touting, Viagogo, Seatwave and Ebay all offer guarantees that the full ticket price will be refunded if sellers on their site fail to deliver a valid ticket.

For the Jackson concerts, Mr Cohen said tickets with a face value of £75 are selling on Seatwave at an average price of £276.

至于黑不黑的，不敢保证是不是，但是至少确实有很多fan因为主办方的考虑不周而买不到票

就算MJ不出来，主办方也应该出了说一句吧？

I was on Ticket Master for over 6 hours trying desperately to get tickets,but the website kept shutting down.
On the rare occasion that I did actually manage to get tickets ,there was time limit to enter details, it was like pressurised selling.
Even at the pay stages , the Ticket Master website did not work - it just wouldn't let me scroll down to submit my details!
It's been the most frustrating experience of my life!
There should have been a scheme in place to ensure that loyal fans like myself were able to get tickets!
I will never use Ticketmaster again, surely it was obvious that there would be phenomenal demand for tickets，so why wasn't ticket master prepared?
I won't disgusted with the way fans have been treated throughout the entire process,
thousands have been left disappointed due to the poor organisation and preparation of the organisers and ticket sellers.
It's just not fair how fans are being treated，Michael.
our love for you is being exploited!

Mike, you are back at the top of the game and you didn't need to release a record.
However, I feel so let down.
I have been to all your concerts in the UK since the early 70's.
I have always supported you.
In fact, my youngest daughter is named Joy after one of your songs 'Jump for Joy'. It's easy to tag on when someone is riding high.
But when you were low,i made sure that i never denied your name, always defended it proudly.
In fact, I even coached my eldest daughter the facts of the 2005 court case, so she could present the truth in front of her entire school at assembly. She was 12 at the time.
Her reward for her eloquent and commended demonstration of support?
No tickets!
The lines were constantly engaged, the website was constantly crashing. The pre-sale quotes never arrived.
For years i told my daughters that as an entertainer and human being you were a highest example.
Now i have to raise a loan and go through ticket touts, and risk maybe sitting apart from my children.

firstly i am very happy you are well and so pleased for you with the response to your concerts.
I am however extremely dissapointed at the way the sale of these tickets has been arranged.
i have been a fan for 30 years now and have watched your concerts all over the world, i also went to santa maria to support you in the darkest of times.
it is so frustrating & upsetting that your real fans cannot see you and be there to share these happy times with you,
it literally was a lottery to get tickets and some of your true supporters, like myself, will not be there to witness this wonderful event.
We realise it isn't your fault and support you wholeheartedly,but just want you to know what has happened.

maybe all these letters we are writing may not change the strange situation we are in...
I couldn't even get into the Ticketmaster website,I was in front of my computer since 6 in the morning,
and when I finally get into it,I couldn'd pay with my Visa credit card and even if I could at that time tickets were already gone.
Of course if I had the chance to pay 400 dollars per ticket, I could get into viagogo...
it's a shame...I am so upset...I wish I could see you once more, but look what the aeg have done...
all the fans are really angry...you know we love you and we always will
of course,this situation cannot change this wonderfoul feeling we have for you,
nothing in this world can took this precious love away from us...
but the aeg people have to know we are not fools...they cannot make fun of us...
I had my pin for the presale when the presale was already sold out...that's not fair at all..

last but not least they sold the first row ticket just to rich people,people who probably don't even care about you...
We have been by your side during the hardest time of your life,were these rich people where during that time???

Hi. I'm 38 and remember the thriller era, but I've been a real fan when I saw your Dangerous concert in Stockholm.
Was on the History tour 6 times and even last time you played for real in Europe the Michal and friends show in Munich.
Im pretty lucky got pretty bad seating for 2 shows in september.
I remember in Gothenbourg we came right in the front of the stage because we waited long and run fast when door opened.
Now its not about waiting and running, its about money.
Please do as in Denmark where its not legal to sell tickets for higher price than on the ticket.
I hope that its really fans on the shows an the atmosphere will be as it used to be.
This time I will bring my 9 year old son for him to see his idol he has grown up with,
and I want it to be as old times, if it isn't, I sure will miss you
real fans and hope to see you on the world tour:-)

I'm just upset that you are going all the way to London.
I have been waiting for this for 20 years and now I may not get to go, because I am a collage student and I cant spend that type of money for a passport then plane tickets, then the concert tickets, then a hotel room, then not to mention spending money, and finally a ride to the 02 arena.
I just wish you could come here, it doesn't even have to be to Detroit, just somewhere here so I can at least drive there on a road trip with friends.
I think that you are being unfair by assuming that all of your fans will come from all over the world to go to London.
Yea i'm sure you'll have some U.S. fans there but a lot will be missing the event due to financial problems or anyother problems that may prohibit your fans from going to see him.
I understand that you are not happy with the U.S. but think about your fans that are here for you and always have your back.
I know there are many, especially since I am one of them that have always been in love with your music as well as the man behind the music.
I would'n say i'm angry, but i am saddened by the fact that you going to "London" is the only thing that stands in my way of my second life long dream, my first of course is meeting you.
I'm begging u Michael please please please come to the United States.

My mother said it was the only thing that kept my attention, and even at the age of 1, I sat in front of the TV for as long as she would play you.
Here I am still watching you everyday and to me your music is the only one that matters, and I used to get teased in school because of it.

Dear Michael,

My name is Jaana Laine, I'm from Finland and I sit in wheelchair due to cp.
I was thriller to hear that you're gonna give us some shows again, and started to find out all the possibilities to get to London with wheelchair.
I am very upset to learn that presale to Michael Jackson concert doesn't concern those who use wheelchair.
And, in addition to that, disabled can only book tickets from actual sale by making a phone call, while the others have the change to buy tickets via Internet sites.
This actually means that you have to pay much extra for those tickets, if you are in wheelchair, especially if you have to make a long distance call.Not every disabled person is even capable to make calls either!
I found this very unfair and I'm really upset, because my lifetime dream has been seeing Michael Jackson live, and this is the very last chance.
I have contacted o2 arena and they say that no tickets are sold via Internet, just by call, but this is obiosly not true, because my non-disabled friends used ticket selling sites!
If I'm wrong about these things here, please correct me, but at least I haven't got the right information then.
If this policy is the general policy, it should have been taken account on this, because people from all over the world are coming to see the concerts, and everyone should have a fair chance.
It kills me to know, that I would have to pay a fortune to get the chance - and just because of my disability.
