Vstreet, YOU ARE THE MAN!!! I am not saying that because I agree with almost all of your posts, I am not saying that because I am a fan of your posts, I am saying that because you say things that I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SAY ABOUT THIS CASE for a long time. I have my favorite posters on the board, but if I have to chose one person that I absolutely love on this board, (meaning posts) the person would be YOU. I LOVE the way you go out there and SEARCH FOR THE TRUTH. Search for why this is happening and let the fans know about the situation. Man, THANK YOU for posting this information because this shows me, besides the Dr. S. interview that this "case" is NOT about child molestation this case is about destroying a black man's life, career, and dignity. THAT IS WHAT THIS CASE IS ABOUT. NOTHING ELSE! Let me tell you people something - while processing this information, along with the interview in my head for a few days, I have come to the conclusion that IF this case was about child molestation, PEOPLE WOULD HAVE CAME FORWARD the way the Catholic Church people have. This case this about a land that a BLACK MAN has and the POWER that this BLACK MAN has. This is not about his relationships with children or whatever, it about what this man HAS. I want to comment on a few things that seriously got me thinking: * Why did the police officer arrested a resident who was blasting MJ's music? Because the music was Michael Jackson? If it was anyone else, would the person be arrested for that? NO WAY. Again, another reason why Jackson is disliked there: power. * The police officers from SB county are all white, so where are the black or hispanic police officers at? If they had more diversity, would the mood of the scene change? * It is very unusual and WEIRD that the government is trying to shut down this investigative reporter/journalist if he would have went into detail of the MJ case. Now, this is making me believe for certain that the government is mos def behind this. At first, I was extremely skepitcal because I mean, why would the gov't care what MJ does. However, when I read that part about the journalist, it really got me believing that maybe the gov't does have something to do with the case. * About Sneddon, or Mr. Asshole, being pissed off at the song "D.S", and not being so obsess with Jackson, you might remember that he said in an interview in 1995, where he stated that basically, he did not care WHAT MJ DID. IF that was the case, why the HELL did he kept talking about Jackson from 1993 to 2004? It seemed like EVERY d#amn YEAR IN THE ELEVEN YEAR TIME FRAME, this fool could not SHUT HIS TRAP about a guy that he "claims" he is not obsess about. This is another reason why I KNOW FOR A FACT that this Sneddon idiot had/has a vendetta against Jackson. If he did not have an vendetta, then why did he cared about MJ during that time frame and why did he take "DS" so seriously? Was it because EVERYTHING that MJ said in the song was true?* Oh man, Judge Meville - you know, I knew the beginning that this fool was not going to be fair with MJ. When I saw his face, I just knew it, man. However, what really confirmed my gut feeling was the gag order situation and this is why I believed that this judge is a hater. When the gag order was in motion, that was when Geragos could not go on television and defend his client who was being treated, literally, like dog crap everyday. Also, he (Jackson) had to go through that nonsense constantly. However, for the prosecutor's side, you had people like Jim Thomas and Diane Dimond speaking, literally, in the behalf of Sneddon. Saying all of these things. Yet, they violated the gag order. They were talking about the case. Basically, we and many people who are following this case, had the listen to what these goons were saying and almost, if not, all of the things that they were stating were lies, yet, media took those lies and made them facts. A great example of what I am talking about is the Vanity Fair article. The only people who mentioned both sides of the story was Mike Tabbii and Access Hollywood. The rest totally ignored it and took Maureen Orth lies as facts because she is a "respected journalist". I believe, and vstreet or anyone else can back me on this, Meville planned that to happen because he knew this case was weak. I mean think about it, what judge would even let this thing go this far? This is a trap that MJ has to get out of because he is in trouble. The way I see it here, this judge, who I hated from the beginning, is literally helping Sneddon with this case because he is not releasing the gag order so that Mezzy can refute rumors and if the rumors are refuted, then the people would have both sides of the story and decide for themselves. Then if the rumors are not refuted, it would be impossible to get a fair jury pool, which leads to an unfair trail, which can lead to whatever. That is something to think about. Also, vstreet I was thinking the same thing that you said about Mezzy thanking this insane and retarded judge. I was like, "what is he saying??? The fool hates your client, stop kissing his butt." Then again, Geragos and Brafman did the same thing. * It amazes me that Jackson own residents dislike this man. Why is that? However, almost most of those children, teens, and young adults all when to Neverland and had a good time. I bet you that the parents of these people, wanted them to go to Neverland, but behind the scenes, they were supporting the D.A. The journalist said something interesting about Jackson living in SB - he told him that he should leave. You know what, I could not agree with him more. I mean, just imagine - you live in a community that you call home, maybe you are the only or few black millionaries, and there are people there who are supposed to be your neighbors or residents, who dislike you for nothing. So, basically, you are not even welcomed in your own home. Now, I am beginning to see why MJ said at one time that he did not call Neverland a home, but a house. It is not just because of the raid, but it could be because of how he is treated there. A fan who lived there for years was basically insulted by her own neighbors because that person liked "the different" person who happens to be Michael Jackson. I mean, what kind of world are we living in when a whole man cannot even be welcomed in his own community in which he did everything for? It is a shame, you know, because this man did so much but is treated like he was Saddam Hussien. Pitiful. Also, I want to go back to the comment that the journalist said about he believes that Jackson should leave SB. If I was Michael, I would start looking for homes in the L.A. area, Santa Monica, NYC, Florida, heck, even Africa. There are some parts of Africa, Nigeria, for example, (my parents are from there and they told me this) you can buy your own home and never worry about paying for it or people trying to give you income tax on it because it is your home and land that you worked hard for. If I was Mike, I would start finding some homes in Africa and start living there. * I want to end my post by saying this - it does not matter what you accomplished in America, a so called "free country", if you are black in this country. Now, I am not trying to be racist and I am not trying to be ignorant. I am trying to be realistic because 1. I am realistic and 2. this is real. I am saying this because look at what all of the amazing things that Michael Jackson has done for this country and this world. All of the cds that he sold, the tours that he sold out, the musical achievements, his never ending generousity, the many lives that he has saved through his music, the way music is being played, the way that music is, etc, etc., I could keep on going. Yet, it all does not matter because people still see this man (the mods, you can edit this) as a negro, a black man, the N word. They don't see him as a international pop legend. I mean, look at the coverage of how MJ was arrested. That was the DAY that MJ and all of us who are black, knew that if you are black and you accomplished everything, they are going to still treat you as a N. Period. I mean, I remember thinking about a comment that I thought about. I thought, once hip hop artists were being arrested, i.e. Snopp Dogg, Tupac, Diddy, etc, then soon, they will get Michael Jackson. Soon enough, that happened. I just want you guys to understand that and know that America is a country that still has issues with black people. Look at how the gov't is behind this case. It is obvious. Look at how people who never even met the man, talk about this dude like he was a criminal, like he killed over 2,000 people on 9/11. Also, notice that the so called "experts" on MJ, do not even know him, i.e., JRT, and that insane Diane Dimond. Yet, Flo Anthony knew MJ for over 24 years, and she is not an expert on him. However, she actually talks and knows the guy, and unlike those fools, she is mostly right about Michael. I have noticed that when I was thinking about the whole MJ case. So, fans, what I want to tell you is that we have to be aware and see the whole entire story. Never, ever buy that this case is about child molestation because it is not even about it, not even close. It is about the destruction of a black man. Period. |
